Custom Jewelry

Custom and personalized pieces are made exclusively for you and are final sale. We carefully confirm design details before production to ensure your piece arrives exactly as requested.

Return Requirements & Shipping Policies

• All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns missing packaging cannot be processed.
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Refunds cannot be issued for items that do not reach us.
• Return shipping is not covered by Mars Jewelers.
• We only accept returns shipped through USPS. Please email us the tracking number so our team can locate your package quickly.
